Employees juggle a dozen different softwares. Despite being remote, there's a virtual office, which is used to keep tabs on people. Raises are insulting, typically 1-3 percent. Instead, expect an inflated title. Critical thinking is punished. Turnover is insane. The culture is toxic and sterile.
