Pros

Many different positions and locations throughout the company, and the pay is decent.

Cons

Management has nearly zero accountability. If you work for an incompetent or abusive supervisor good luck getting anything to change. Management will gaslight you, HR will do nothing, and the upper management will essentially give slaps on the wrist. After the ordeal, expect retaliation behavior from supervision. This is not a place for long-term growth or success. If you have to work here, get what you need and leave to find an actual company worth working for. They will hire anyone regardless of experience so this is a great opportunity for someone to build their resume.

I'm glad you were able to hold many different positions during your tenure. We pride ourselves on providing opportunities for growth and advocate for promoting within. Our pay is above range compared to our competitors to remain competitive with market and our competitors. We have many tenured employees, ranging from 10 to 30 years with Trescal which speaks to the ability for long term growth and success as evidenced in the “Pros” section of this review by you. We don't tolerate unfair or unethical behavior and safeguard our employees from retaliation through our anonymous ethics reporting line and ethics committee. We hire experienced employees; however, we will hire an employee and train them to provide opportunities for all to grow and establish careers.

Pros

They are a good place if you want a stable career opportunity that is a STEPPING STONE. Somewhat decent 401K & insurance. Pet insurance is cool.

Cons

They don’t give two flying craps about you, they will keep you at the lowest pay possible for as long as you stay there. If you don’t speak up and fight for a raise or promotion they will forget about you and keep telling you that they are “working on it” for a bunch of people at the same time but will never do anything until you threaten to leave them for a different company. Their HR department doesn’t really care about your well being, they only care about keeping the people with money happy and the most senior employees can do whatever they want especially if you come in 1st shift and waste half your day talking to people. They ride the little guy into the dirt and make them sweat until they quit. Abusive management and extremely inappropriate meetings advising you to stay clear from HR because we “keep it in the family”. There is always feces on the toilet seats and there is a constant flow of people quitting or straight up not showing up for work any longer without notice due to the terrible work conditions.
