Pros
The people you work with are great. You get on well with them and socialise outside of work a lot.
Cons
Manager is completely clueless. Since I started he has handed over jobs that he should be doing to three other individuals and neglects much of his other duties. He has his favourites and anyone that isn't one of them, he snubs. HR treats you like rubbish and there are no benefits or chance of getting a pay rise even if you help to increase sales significantly. Directors have been caught dodging tax by HMRC recently to the tune of £5m while they drive fancy cars, their staff are docked 15 minutes wages if they are late - even if it is by a minute. People have walked out of their jobs publicly and female members of staff have been victimised and belittled in front of others. The Khushi brothers run trespass like some sweatshop and the products are rip off versions of bigger brands products. I openly saw one of the directors critique a north face jacket in the canteen with one of the designers in front of other staff and say that we could use this part and copy this bit. The directors and account manager watch you on the cctv cameras as if you are going to steal from the company - the products aren't worth stealing in the first place. Staff moral is abysmal and the turnover of staff is at ridiculous levels. Every day it seems that someone is leaving and they had around a brown envelope to pay for a leaving gift for them. Even folk that you don't know or have a clue where they sit etc.
