Pros
the job itself is great for introverts. you know what to expect in the requirements of job performance and it's easy to deliver, no pun intended. the job is perfect for a short stent of employment 1-3 months maximum, however. the hiring managers seem to be unaware of this. I was constantly making more money than I originally agreed to on the contract. I feel like this is a major benefit to of this company, it's something which I haven't seem much of in high turnover industries.
Cons
communication through the ranks was adequate. 7 days a week, every day, every week. definitely a no partying type of lifestyle.
