Pay is low for this geographical area and U.S. vs Japanese mgrs not payed at same level

It's a job but only barely.

Non-sufficient pay, no benefits, old out of date equipment, they have the "do what you can with what we have" attittude, then jump on you for the safety hazards you are exposed to because of the companies lack of will to provide for its self and the employees.
