Pros
As a healthcare lab, we are helping people and (usually) that comes first. Coworkers are amazing under stressful conditions and usually have good team spirit. Most people are here to help people and care for them in spite of low pay and leadership challenges.
Cons
C-Suite is in disarray, CIO left 9 months and wasn’t replaced, CEO “resigned”, senior leaders are very reluctant to make the tough decisions. Integration of acquired company 3 years ago has been a disaster financially and culturally.
