Pros
Pay was good for the area. Health insurance was great. Unlimited overtime (until you finish your workload, and they just lay you off)
Cons
The company truly felt like an experiment to see if they could save money. Most of the employees are visa workers, and the company forces everyone to work 70 hour weeks. When they get ahead of the workload, they lay off the more expensive workers. It was impossible to get the parts/tools we needed. It was impossible to try and and amend the manuals where they needed. Most of the aircrafts were highly modified, and many of the manuals didnt actually reflect the aircraft configuration. Management seemed to not care at all about employees. Treating everyone as a card to played and discarded as necessary. Honestly I feel the worst for supervisors. I dont think those guys ever went home. Sure the money is good, but what about the cost
