Awesome company - Account Manager Tribe Group Employee Review

Tribe had good intentions to try be active in being inclusive (although not successful) and spontaneous with new ideas. The salary was ok.

A lot of pressure from management to perform disguised as 'encouraging & supporting staff'. Ironically, depsite the branding and efforts to be an inculsive 'tribe' that story tells and share, the teams are clickish with a bully exclusion metality. Management hire a certain profile and there is unspoken pressure to fulfill this image.

Company is growing so there are opportunities that might not immediately exist

No company is perfect, will we grow there are still things to work on.
