- relaxed atmosphere - hours are easy to negotiate

- poor treatment of employees; a very "talk-about-you-behind-your-back" atmosphere - no correction/corrective criticism - no work; spent a lot of time sitting around waiting for a task - high school atmosphere: spent more time hearing about employees personal lives than talking about content - learned nothing; was mainly used as a lab mouse to do busy work superiors didn't want to do
