Although not perfect, I’ve never worked under people I respected so much. They push me to be better without hovering over me. The people make this job worth it every day and make me feel want to work hard to deliver the best I can. Good management and a company that cares about your life outside of work is very hard to find.

Product isn’t quite where it needs to be to perform well as a CSM and not a lot of clear direction of where it’s headed with a recent mergers and acquisition.

None. There is no market share with this product and a toxic work environment.

Would you like to work at a company where the CEO has all his children in executive leadership positions and there are no checks on unethical behavior and a very negative work environment without career advancement? Then Triblio is where you want to work. I have never worked at such an unethical company in my life and where there is no HR to protect employees. In sum, you can coast at Triblio if you are ok with sacrificing culture and ethics.
