Cons
I have not experienced any cons here. They reward hard work with perks and recognition, Diligently client focused, yet Great for working women, allow remote work with checkins and parameters, provide flexibility while maintaining integrity of deliverables and encourage effective and proactive communication. They do not appreciate surprises, last minute no-shows and most importantly tardy work. If you want upward mobility and are hard working, you can be handsomely rewarded for your efforts here.
