      Nothing much to say about pros

      Cons

      1) Unstable work culture 2) Lot of dependency on third-party out souring and lot of politics from out sourced companies as they try to get man power from their agency. 3) Out sourced mangers tries to fire regular employee and managemet trust them blinndly. 4) Can fire for no reason. 5) They wont deposit your income tax for months. 6) They wont deposit your PF for months

      Pros

      Very nice and professional people to work with. I've made friends here that I'll keep in touch with when I leave.

      Cons

      They have had a few rounds of layoffs. There have been more layoffs than I thought there would be when I started. About 4 or so rounds of layoffs in the past 3 years.
