If I could zero stars I would 🤣 - Operations Manager Tribute Technology Employee Review

Where to start… -Focused on acquisitions and not integrating systems or scaling properly -Upper Management is disorganized with no clear goals or roadmap -Will launch products without beta testing and will put said products on customers’ websites without notifying them (will wait for customers to ask them to remove product instead) -No SOPs -Have so many softwares and portals that do not communicate with each other and do the same exact thing as the rest -C-suite does not communicate or send regular memos -Laid off 1/3 of the company recently because they wanted to acquire another company in the fall -Deceitful with customers/consumers -Lack of transparency -Benefits are lackluster for the Tech industry
