We strongly disagree with the assumption that the leadership team lacks skill. Our leadership comprises experienced professionals who have successfully built and sustained the organization over the years while driving growth, delivery, and client relationships. Tricon maintains a professional and performance-driven work culture. Broad accusations of “office politics” without any specifics are neither constructive nor credible. Employees are encouraged to raise genuine concerns through the appropriate channels rather than making vague public statements. We acknowledge that cafeteria preferences can vary from person to person. That said, we are continuously working on improving cafeteria services and overall employee amenities through regular reviews and feedback mechanisms.
