Work culture, upper management, and coworkers are wonderful. The projects are plentiful and keep things interesting and challenging.

I would benefit from more technical training

The overall Company "culture" is positive from the corporate team. It is a leader worldwide in various forms of packaging so no fear of RIF's due to low volume.

Middle management often is disconnected from the corporate "culture" that is promoted. Managers will say they align however do the opposite making it confusing for an employee and often frustrating.
