Bad infrastructure: They have 3 offices on 3 floors out of which 2 seem like it will collapse any moment, infested with rats and fungus growing out of walls every monsoon. Poor Management: Honestly, the founders of the company have no vision. They do not know what their end goal is or how they are going to reach there. They keep hiring experienced but useless people who do nothing but make a few changes in the process without even fully understanding the current system resulting in a greater mess. Employees suffer like hell : If you want to experience hell, sit in office for 16 hours and work the same way for next 10 years, you should join this company. If you want to make a career a better future for yourself and your family, then join some other company. No Recreational activities: All the have is a traditional day for every ocassion, and if they conduct any thing, half of the team members will be working on some urgent deliveries. They could not even afford the office picnic for two years. Politics: People in the higher level don't do any work, they just sit and make a big fuss about everything and don't let anyone who works sincerely get ahead of them. They stop the hard working people from getting recognized so that they don't have to give appropriate salary hike during appraisals. Compensation: They have this funda of retention bonus, which they deduct from your salary every month promising to pay you on the completion of a year and if you resign in the 13th month, you don't get your own hard earned money. HR policy: Changes as per their moods, appraisals where conducted 5 months late and no arrears where given to the employees. In fact, they started a new funda that there will be performance review and the arrears will be paid based on the performance which is an utter lie as there is no system in place to evaluate the performance of any employer in any designation, there is no kra or koi in place, just a way of avoiding payment. Standard Process: No set process in place, no documentation, the directors just want the middle management and lower level team members to fight among themselves and sort the problems out. All they bother about is the money at the end of the day. It is like a sandwich shop with no goal of becoming a restaurant, only the poor employees are cut like vegetables
