Loved it! - AX Applications Consultant Tridea Partners Employee Review

I have worked at Tridea Partners for 2 years and really like the company. Earlier this year I left Tridea for another opportunity and came back less than 2 months later. At Tridea, the Partners are all great to work with. They understand work/life balance and are very focused on growing the company, Our team works so well together that it makes my every day job very enjoyable. When I left Tridea, I genuinely missed my co-workers, clients and the work I was doing. So glad to be back at this company!

Insurance costs are a bit high, but I know the Partners are doing their best to make this more affordable.

Because you like being totally unsupported and on your own working for people who don't even acknowledge your birthday much less your hard work? If you like being in an abusive relationship though maybe this is a great place?

Total lack of support, total lack of any kind of actual management, like guerilla warfare we throw you into the fight and if you survive fine if you don't that's fine too. Oh and no matter what you do it's not good enough even if you're accomplishing something for them that they've never done themselves before. Also, there's no culture to this company. It has no values. They don't contribute to society in any way and don't support any charity or any cause other than making the 3 main owner/partners richer. Also, don't expect them to invest in you and help you grow your career at all. You'll never get any formal training or education and there's not career path here. Why would anyone want to work for these people?
