Pros
It's a small company and it's not a bad place to start as a fresh graduate. The exposure is diverse as it's been in the industry of warehousing for quite some year, as a starter, I was able to learn a great deal of experience of dealing with colleagues, networking and communicating with management team. For the position that I was assigned, I was the only employee; I could learn things from different aspects under different situations.
Cons
There was no help at all from the senior management team as they were unwilling to expand their business or to upgrade the software system that they had adapted for quite some year. At the time I was working there, it was me who always proposed what to improve and what to add in to the Operating System. However then, I was mistreated as I was not able to test out my software and I could not get enough support from the management team.
