Pros
The employees used to be the best part, but so many have been laid off or left for fear of being laid off, that the work environment is no longer enjoyable. You do get to experience a lot of different situations that will improve your overall knowledge base in the real estate world, but you are often "thrown to the fire," for better or worse.
Cons
Management's decision making. They lost their main business development person over 2 years ago, and never recovered. The quality upper management slowly started leaving as a result. Who is left (for the most part), are not qualified to be in the positions that they currently hold. This is evidenced by the dwindling (almost non-existent) portfolio that remains. Layoffs will likely keep happening until the CEO takes a more active role and removes most of the other upper management.
