Toxic working environment where bullying is endemic. TAs are treated like badly behaved children, the reality of procedures and working practices bares very little resemblance to the emails and written communications to both staff and parents.
Great atmosphere for staff, everyone is friendly and willing to help eachother. Some nice little staff benefits - organised by the wellbeing team.
Cons
Senior leadership forget the demands on 'normal' teaching staff. Each senior leader has own small agenda to get noticed - it falls on regular teachers to engage with every single one. Regular teaching pressures aren't really addressed.
