Employees Be Warned - Anonymous employee Trinity Financial Services Employee Review

Management is poor. One minute you will be told you are performing excellently in your position, the next you will be torn down. The pay is horrible. Moral was often low and employees were constantly being fired. Every day there is fear if it will be your neck on the chopping block. Unreal expectations with little to no training. You will then be criticized for not performing up to expectations. I would recommend not working here. Its not worth it and they will suck the life out of you.
