Pros
- Field staff genuinely cares about their patients and are enjoyable to work with - Good benefits and PTO
Cons
- Plan on driving 100+ miles a day at times. It is very likely that several times a week you will drive outside of your territory and rack up miles. - Weeks would go by when supervisors would make no contact to staff who are out in the field. Then, only reach out when they feel like you did something “wrong”. They definitely have their favorite field staff and if you are not one of them they can make life difficult for you. They will find small things to nitpick about or send you to farther locations. - Turnover rate is high. Because of this you are covering extra patients, territories, and shifts. - There are slim opportunities to advance and get a raise.
