      Pros

      Resident's are great, everyone is very friendly. Attractive facility. Benefits are good. Co-workers are always willing to help out if needed.

      Cons

      Pay is horrible for what nurses do, and CNAs. Too much responsibility left for one nurse. Management relies too much on "numbers" rather than the acuity of residents coming in for rehab care. Nurse to patient ratio is ridiculous. They want to save money by sending people home for "low census", but they can't see that quality care is being compromised.
