Pros
They give 2 days a year off to non-smokers. Makes up for all the breaks the smokers take. You do have to certify that you are a non smoker.
Cons
Have an old attitude towards benefits. They need to up their vacation and and treat all office workers the same on time off for illness. Exempt gets weeks off per year, non-exempt gets 5 days a year. Once you use it, they start taking your vacation.
