Trinity Life Sciences Response

This is saddening to hear and does not reflect our core values at Trinity. We are happy to hear that you had a good experience working with our leadership team, but wish this carried over into other aspects of your time here. As DEI is a major focus of our culture, if you are open to it, we would like to hear more about your concerns with women advancement. Thank you for submitting this feedback and bringing it to our attention. - Sarah Zeoli, Manager, Talent Acquisition

Pros

Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams, with a genuine openness to feedback and iteration. There’s meaningful opportunity to shape processes, frameworks, and go-to-market materials, so your work can have real impact. You get exposure to strategic initiatives and leadership conversations beyond your immediate role. The team is made up of thoughtful, capable colleagues who care about delivering high-quality work, and there’s a consistent focus on improving and refining outputs.

Cons

With continued growth, there is an opportunity to further mature and standardize processes to drive greater consistency and efficiency at scale. Enhancing clarity around frameworks and cross-functional alignment will further strengthen execution as priorities continue to evolve.

Pros

Good exposure to cutting edge innovation in life sciences industry, strong mentorship, some leaders genuinely care about you and your contributions

Cons

After associate Principal, the path to leadership is slow and vague. Burnout common among management team members. Large attrition seen in Senior Consultants and Engagement Managers and not enough is done to backfill with experienced hires
