Pros

If you excel in interpersonal skills and can navigate office dynamics effectively, this company might be a good fit for you, even if you lack technical expertise.

Cons

1)Nothing to learn. 2) Only report making stuff. 3) False promises to everyone regarding office changing thing. 4) When it's time for managers to advocate for you, they remain silent, freeloading off your hard work. The wrong people are in charge, leading to disorganized work practices. Managers steal credit. 5) Zero work life balance- They treat you like the slaves. 7.)DON'T JOIN THIS FIRM.

Pros

Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams, with a genuine openness to feedback and iteration. There’s meaningful opportunity to shape processes, frameworks, and go-to-market materials, so your work can have real impact. You get exposure to strategic initiatives and leadership conversations beyond your immediate role. The team is made up of thoughtful, capable colleagues who care about delivering high-quality work, and there’s a consistent focus on improving and refining outputs.

Cons

With continued growth, there is an opportunity to further mature and standardize processes to drive greater consistency and efficiency at scale. Enhancing clarity around frameworks and cross-functional alignment will further strengthen execution as priorities continue to evolve.

Pros

There are pockets of people at Trinity that are really genuine and incredible people.

Cons

Aside from those pockets of people there’s no shortage of privilege and ego everywhere you look. There’s a group of people at the company that have been there since the early days that ruin the culture and stunt the growth of the organization. They’re stuck in old ways and because of their seniority they manage to push out a lot of the people that try to come in and make real change happen. If you’re into heavy office politics this is the place for you.
