Pros

Trinity is the first place I have worked where no matter who you interact with, you feel the passion for what we do and our purpose. It is awesome to experience. Team members across all types of roles here, whether client or internal, seem to genuinely want to help each other and achieve together. I recently took advantage of company benefits that helped my family significantly during a challenging time, which has meant a great deal. I appreciated the support from the team and the benefit itself. It's a good place to come and be part of a diverse and global team, shaping the future for the company, no matter the position or level. Benefits, time off, opportunities to develop in your career.

Cons

Being part of a growing company isn't always easy and you can feel that sometimes.

Pros

Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams, with a genuine openness to feedback and iteration. There’s meaningful opportunity to shape processes, frameworks, and go-to-market materials, so your work can have real impact. You get exposure to strategic initiatives and leadership conversations beyond your immediate role. The team is made up of thoughtful, capable colleagues who care about delivering high-quality work, and there’s a consistent focus on improving and refining outputs.

Cons

With continued growth, there is an opportunity to further mature and standardize processes to drive greater consistency and efficiency at scale. Enhancing clarity around frameworks and cross-functional alignment will further strengthen execution as priorities continue to evolve.

Pros

Good exposure to cutting edge innovation in life sciences industry, strong mentorship, some leaders genuinely care about you and your contributions

Cons

After associate Principal, the path to leadership is slow and vague. Burnout common among management team members. Large attrition seen in Senior Consultants and Engagement Managers and not enough is done to backfill with experienced hires
