Pros

Good pay for poor working class people and experience

Cons

Everything, they lie, misinform entry level hires, manipulate emotions, coddle people they deem fit for promotion while alienate those who raise criticism of their unethical business practices, they made me knock doors until 830 at night and then threatened to suspend me when I go home early out of concerns for my safety, they also suspend people for speaking their mind in meetings, oh and they gave me a non compete cease and desist letter after I was let go to prevent me from selling Solar in Massachusetts in New England

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience—we appreciate your candid feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found value in the earning potential and the opportunity to gain experience. At the same time, we are very concerned by the serious issues you’ve raised regarding communication, workplace expectations, and how concerns are handled. We strive to maintain a work environment built on transparency, respect, and ethical practices. The situations you’ve described do not reflect the standards we aim to uphold, particularly when it comes to employee safety, open communication, and fair treatment. Feedback like yours is important in helping us identify where accountability and improvements are needed. We also take concerns about how policies are communicated and enforced seriously, and we recognize the importance of ensuring team members fully understand expectations from the start. Thank you again for sharing your perspective—it’s valuable as we continue working to improve the experience for our employees.

Pros

There used to be more positive to working here but under the new CEO they have taken everything away from their long standing employees.

Cons

One of the biggest issues is pay. Employees who have been here for years who know the job inside and out are often making the same as (or less than) brand new hires who are just coming in with little to no experience. It’s frustrating and honestly pretty discouraging when your time, effort, and knowledge don’t seem to be valued. It also feels like the teams doing the bulk of the day-to-day work and making sure everything runs smoothly aren’t compensated fairly for the workload they carry. Raises and improvements to benefits are limited, even for those who consistently go above and beyond. At the same time, there’s a clear difference in how departments are treated. Sales teams are rewarded with trips, events, and strong financial incentives, while internal teams, who play a huge role in actually driving success for this company, don’t see the same level of recognition or pay. It creates a pretty big disconnect. What makes it harder is that the company promotes a very positive, upbeat culture, but that doesn’t always match the reality employees experience day to day. Over time, this discourages a lot of employees from wanting to remain here.
