      Pros

      The community at TU is great. Friendly colleagues and excellent students.

      Cons

      There is a lot of red tape between divisions and various posturing and power struggles at various levels. It can be difficult to see progress on job functions when so many offices can hinder your progress.

      This is a small university, it doesn’t have R1 resources entirely though quite good for where it stands.
