The leader engages very professionally with the business and always has the organization’s best interest at heart. And our leader is extremely careful in not sharing any sensitive, confidential information. The level of discretion in the way that the leader handles HR situations is second to none.
The leader has a very empowering style where the second-level leaders have appropriate autonomy to lead their functions, with encouragement, guidance, and support from the leader as needed. And the caring attitude displayed to all members of the team is commendable.
