Pros

High hopes, sold the dream and vision of the company at interview.

Cons

Dont let the owner fool you. This is a sweat shop. You are expected to work non-stop. The owner posts on linkedin daily and it is all lies - she is self obsessed and loves looking at selfies of herself. The whole team hates working there but we are made to feel 12 years old having team bonding days.

Pros

One of the standout things about working here is the genuine support for personal and professional growth. Over the years, I’ve been encouraged to explore different roles and areas of the business to figure out what I’m best at and where I add the most value. There’s a strong culture of learning — I joined to be around people I could learn from, and I’ve been consistently given the time, confidence and mentorship to do exactly that. It’s not just about upskilling either; the support I’ve had has helped me grow in confidence and develop as a person too. The team is collaborative, the leadership is accessible, and you’re trusted with real responsibility early on, which makes a huge difference to how fast you grow.

Cons

With any fast paces and growing company, things can evolve and change quickly and you need to be adaptable which can be a challenge if you are not used to or comfortable in that type of pace, but means there’s always something new to learn and anility to constantly get better at your role. You’re given a lot of autonomy and trust, which is great for growth, but it can be a bit of a learning curve if you’re not used to working that way. Some internal processes are still being refined as the company grows, but there’s a clear willingness to improve and a culture that genuinely values feedback.

Pros

Having worked for Trio, for almost 5 years, I can honestly say I wouldn't want to work anywhere else. From day 1, I have been supported, encouraged, challenged and above all, valued! Trio has allowed me to grow and develop in my career and as a person. I have been given so many opportunities to explore my strengths in different areas of the business, allowing me to carve my own way into my current role. Over time we have grown and been through struggles as a business, but what has remained is the determination and drive of Trio and the team to stay true to our values. And it is these values, which we created together as a team, that have allowed us to continue our growth whilst not losing who Trio is and what we strive for. I am very grateful to work for Trio and with a management team that doesn't rule by hierarchy, instead empowers every employee to have a voice.

Cons

Like any business, we have been through difficult times and tough decisions have had to be made. But in every challenging time, communication has been honest and raw. We have always been given the opportunity to question and understand decisions and never judged for how we feel or what we say.
