1. Very less pay 2. Micromanaging on some another level, its 2023, no one likes to be micro managed 3. The work is extremely repetitive 4. If you are just working for the money, it's fine, but you wouldn't see any sort of growth in your professional life. There is nothing new to learn here, not at all challenging. 5. No consistency among the editors, all the editors are going to give you different feedback
