      Great local team and regional teams for support and engagement. Amazing offices and location with flexibility for WFH. Vision, direction and support from top down - as well as bottom up. HQ and Management engage well. A good example of a Global company building business in other markets, using local teams.

      Cons

      Held back by pandemic/market variables. Teams can sometimes be too siloed. Getting to know people outside of your immediate team and stakeholders can be hard due to physical locations.
