Trip.com Group Response
1yThank you for taking the time to provide detailed feedback. We regret that we were unable to hear from you while you were employed by Trip.com, as we would have appreciated the opportunity to discuss your concerns in more detail.
We are sorry to hear that your experience at Trip.com was not as positive as we strive for. We take pride in prioritizing our people agenda and empowering our teams to work both collaboratively and independently therefore, is unfortunate that your experience did not reflect this.
Regarding your reference to annual leave, we can confirm that our UK offices offer 32 days per year. We also promote work-life balance and employ many colleagues from varying demographics with demands that are supported by the business. We are dedicated to foster a supportive, fair, and balanced culture in our workplace. Recently we have launched a new suite of policies, procedures and toolkits that consider regional needs to ensure that we drive a healthy working culture.
Cross-region collaboration is indeed a challenge in a global company like ours, but we're working on addressing the issues. Many optimized practices are currently in development and while this process takes time, we appreciate your input and assure you that we are focused on key areas for improvement.
We value the remainder of your feedback and are keen to discuss this further with you for better understanding - please do contact us by emailing emea.hr@trip.com and our team will arrange a suitable time.
Best wishes for the future and look forward to hearing from you.
