Poor leadership communication - Force Protection Officer (FPO - KBOSSS) Triple Canopy Employee Review

Poor communication between leadership and lower ranking. Different standards for different people, they should expect the same for everyone and the rules should apply to everyone. Being a security industry that is supposed to be prepared for the worst they WERE NOT prepared to have us live on base and they knew what was coming, leadership told us to figure it out ourselves. Didn't give us a heads up. Didn't keep a good head count of who needed to be picked up or who was missing, you have radios, cell phones where you can text or call, all these ways to better communicate and they don't.
