Great colleagues, but management is disorganized and unresponsive - Supervisor Triple O's Employee Review

Where do i start.. Most of the management was awful. No organization, employees were relied upon do do more work than the were paid to do with minimal support from management. Multiple times complaints were made regarding safety, bullying, working conditions (heat) etc... but the boss of the manager did nothing. Employees did much more than they were paid to do.
