Pay is ok not amazing not terrible. Free product sometimes if thats your thing

this place is just a mess. No communication at all. You never know whats going on and then get blamed for it anyway. No accountability ever, its just finger pointing between deparments nonstop. Always short staffed but also they refuse to spend money so everyone is doing 3 peoples jobs. Quality and safety are not taken seriously, its only cared about when someone complains or something goes wrong i saw so many issues abd never fixed or managers glossed over it.. management seem very out of touch and clearly doesnt care about staff lots of people who should not be managing anyone but nothing happens and they stay there forever, hr dont seem to care.. No benifits really, dont expect anything extra. would never go back even if they were offering ten times the money

Amazing products. Company is highly focused on quality and product safety and how that impacts the consumers or patients lives. Trisco was a really interesting and fun place to work with lots of exciting opportunities to work all around the world.

Office was too far from home for me.
