Cons
Like anything, nothing comes easy without hard work and longer hours. Triumvirate is an early rising culture that starts early with many people plugged in by 7am every day. With any fast-growing environment, there is lots of opportunity, but its also a lot of work to hire, train, and onboard new staff members each month. They will provide a lot of training, but there isn't a manual (per say) and a lot of what you learn will be hands on which requires fast thinking and likely after hours reading and studying to be really successful.
