Pros

Most of the employees are hard workers and intelligent. It is a fast paced environment that will result in you getting a lot of experience with numerous technologies that are prevalent in the SMB market.

Cons

Primarily supporting small environments, as in under 30 users. Due to the large volume of such customers, something is always breaking somewhere, resulting in on call rotations that are not fun. Not fun at all. Only a small handful of clients had over 100 users, so if you are looking to gain experience in larger enterprise environments, you aren't going to get much of that here. From what I was receiving and in discussions with a few other engineers, pay was sub-standard, but not criminally bad. As it is a smaller company, there is limited opportunity for career advancement. Can't fault the company for this, just a fact.

Pros

Very open as to the vision and transparent with employees. Great family like environment with lots of opportunities to give back to the community. With the recent combination with Rehmann, there will be tons of opportunity to grow in the organization.

Cons

at times there are some players that create "silos" amongst the different departments in the organization. Also, with the caring company culture some employees are kept on too long.

Pros

Company is very stable and financially sound.Good benefits for a small company, will promote from within when there are openings, the management tries hard to help grow the business. Open to employee feedback and share status of the business openly which is always nice.

Cons

Be prepared to create your own path - not a lot of levels so advancement is primarily at the personal level. At times things can be a little disjointed or even a little unorganized due to changes in technology or services and the drive to give customers what they want. Performance feedback system could be improved - more often and with specific goals.
