Pros

It sounds interesting to friends when you can say that Snoop Dogg is a customer.

Cons

CEO, who is 22 and on the spectrum, makes extremely rash decisions and has tasks his co-founder frequently terminate people without cause and no communication to the company. You just find out a week later that they terminated the President & CFO. It's likely because these people were ethical. The Exec team all stroke the CEO to survive and bash each other when backs are turned. You can not take their word for anything. The business may be illegal, it is certainly shady, and the regulators are starting to notice. The company operates under sweepstakes rules which are murky at best but a "deposit" is actually a purchase and subsequently revenue so you don't really have an account and they spend the user "deposit" to run the business, charter planes, redecorate the office, etc instead of commercial travel, etc. Most employees and customers are entirely unaware of this critical nuance. There are no segregated accounts like real money, regulated sportsbook and casinos maintain. It's just a matter of time before the regulators come calling. Smells like a real money game = real money game, It rare to get his insider insight and this feedback is fact not just spilt milk. I wish I had it before joining ... I'll be moving on as soon as possible.

Pros

After 6 years at a large multinational tech consultancy, joining Trivelta felt like a breath of fresh air. The onboarding and welcome have been outstanding — from day one, the team genuinely cares about how you're doing, makes sure you're comfortable, and takes the time to walk you through how things work. The people are great, the culture is warm and human, and you can feel the company's commitment to technology and AI in everything they do. If you're looking for real professional challenges, the chance to make a tangible impact on both the product and the company, and room to grow and learn — this is the place.

Cons

As with any high-growth startup, things evolve fast and not everything is set in stone yet. You need to bring initiative and be comfortable with some ambiguity. If you're looking for a rigid, highly structured corporate environment, this probably isn't the right fit — but if you thrive on ownership and momentum, you'll love it here.
