Pros

The CEO has good contacts and keeps trying to get new clients

Cons

The list is endless , they have taken debt or they have mismanaged lot before which effects their present, so even when they secure project they take the money and pay their old debts instead of paying current employees salary on time. The next thing is the claim to be digital agency but since the management comes from content writing background they dont have expertise in other aspects like digital ads, SEO, website management , designing etc and even when employees are hired for these skills the management doesnt understand how things work which effects the workflow

Pros

The people are super friendly and supportive. You can ask for help, and you will get it. They give you ample opportunity to do well, to try out different things and to excel. Pay is as per industry standards. They are good with helping you learn and pick up new things. They are patient, and they actually give you the time to learn, and they work with you to ensure that you have all the resources available to get better. They are appreciative of good and hard work.

Cons

The only con for me was that in spite of being a start-up, their culture was a mismatch for me. They were more about following rules than about getting work done. They expect you to work overtime and extra when needed, but won't give you the leeway when you have lesser work. That's fine for a lot of people and they thrive in such cultures; I don't.

I’ve appreciated the flexibility they provide, which allows me to maintain a healthy balance between my work and personal life. 4. Career Advancement: There is room for advancement. Hard work and dedication are recognized, and many team members are promoted from within.

Cons

1. Compensation Structure: While the salary is fair, the compensation structure could be improved to be more competitive with market standards. 2. Process Improvements: Some internal processes can be streamlined for efficiency. At times, approvals or decisions can take longer than necessary, which affects project timelines.
