      Pros

      A paycheck, now the only pro! It use to be great. Now it's time to look for a new job!

      Cons

      At first, it was a great laid back company, with a positive future. They sold theirselves to the devil. (Cricket Wireless). They fired their upper management staff, all of the ancillary Sales Reps (CBA's), demoted their field Managers, then promoted their top performers (who had cake walk territories) to appease their awful and spineless client. (Cricket Wireless).

      Pros

      Nothing at all they truly do not care for growth. I will also make it known I’m not an employee but I am with someone who truly works soooo hard for this company and they do not deserve what they are getting.

      Cons

      This company is absolutely horrible. How can you hire someone and have them train EVERYONE even a NEW manager who knows nothing and give that person nothing in return. Some people should NOT be bosses. Especially if you aren’t willing to actually let someone grow into something they truly can become. Do better orrrr I will do you one better CLOSE.
