Toxic environment with high turnover and poor treatment - Current Employeee Tropicale Foods Employee Review

H. R harresses employees and the company doesn't care to do anything about it. The plant manager tells sanitation employees not to clean equipment, even though it has mold on it. They are all about numbers. Employees get falsely accused of things and others are allowed to do as they please without consequences. The head H. R in this plant seems other employees to "dig up dirt" on employee she doesn't personally like because of personal reason just to fire them. Turn over rate is extremely high, pay sucks, and employees are treated like they are the bottom of the barrel
