Pros
Excellent partners in the Patent Group. They treat associates and patent agents like adults, and they understand the importance of work-life balance to avoid burnout. They demand responsiveness and excellent work product. Gain trust early, keep clients happy, do a great job, and it is a fabulous place to work.
Cons
The general staff administration and bean counters are totally dysfunctional, and there is quite a bit of support staff turnover. But this appears to stem from outside the patent group.
