Pros

Great people to work with, pretty chill environment. You're bound to make friends that you will end up hanging out with outside of work.

Cons

Tough hours, manager only cares about sales and himself. Completely disregards any problems and issues the team might have. Very biased towards the veterans. Will make you work in dangerous weather without more than a 45 minute lunch break. No 5 minutes breaks in between to stand in the shade.
