Pros
as a csr only thing good is when i can make a customer happy. Which is very hard.
Cons
its all about the money, no concern for our customers answer call and get off fast. you will be rated on time on phone call and amount of call. then they through in mystery call and to pass them you must spend alot of time on call. Answer calls from other branches and you don't even know the weather there or the techs. There is no personal care in customer service anymore it jumping from branch to branch to get answers why customer has not been treated. Don't let me get started on managment or HR they have blinders on and say well we spent alot of money on new phone so this has to work. Well the new phones are not working and customers don't like it.
