Home time, poor individual pay plan incentives and reward structure, bonuses are based on the branches performance not the individual, lack of a set schedule, Saturday work based on production revenue of the entire orifice staff and not an individual's performance, upper management micro-management of the production staff, lay-off potential, lack of on-the- job experience by the owners and "big wigs" in the field producing a we are forced to do.
