Pros

People are supportive and friendly. Most in analyst and manager roles work remotely, so there are regular team meetings. There are some opportunities to meet in person and usually they are not required. If you work in Oakbrook/Chicago area, they encourage you to work hybrid.

Cons

Work is highly dependent on client and project they need delivered. Client needs flucutate with the market so contract terms need to be revisited regularly to know how long you are able to stay (not reflective of your performance always).
