Pros

There is NOT a single pro to working here other than it being a resume builder.

Cons

This is by far the most unorganized and self sabotaging workplace I have ever been a part of. They fired all their QA team, their UI/UX Team, their Mobile team, and a developer. They keep their web developers cause they’re all married to eachother or best friends so they know who not to fire. The company is on its last leg before going under and is looking for the cheapest person possible to which they will fire with for budgetary constraints as the company is bleeding out. The CEO changes his mind 24/7 on importance of sprints and has too many businesses to care about this one. It’s a shell company. Management or lack their of is spineless and have a fake front. The director isn’t a director he works for multiple places for the CEO so he can’t focus on the company at hand. This is an embarrassment of a company and anyone who works for them will agree as well. They’re all looking to leave.

Pros

- It was a collaborative environment where everyone worked together and made each other strong engineers through teachings. - It is a hybrid work environment. - Product was fun to work on.

Cons

- Pay is low for the level of engineer expected. - Not a financially stable company; layoffs can come at any time. - The Healthcare benefits are expensive and take a lot out of your weekly pay.
