Tight deadlines, don’t get to meet clients

The two owners of the firm not only run an amazing firm but they are wonderful to work for/with. They are not the type to sit back and delegate rather they jump in whenever and wherever needed. They genuinely care about their staff and it shows. They also gave high standards for the work produced but that works well for me because it pushes me to grow and improve and I’m proud of the end result.

The firm is small, only 12-14 people so if you are looking for a larger atmosphere with a large variety of projects, this isn’t it.
